| 内容記述 | 本調査は，クリティカルケア領域におけるインフォームドコンセントへの，看護師のかかわりの現状を明らかにすることを目的に行った質問紙調査である．厚生労働省の認可を受けた高度救命救急センター 17施設に勤務する看護師855名に質問紙を配布し，369名より回答を得（回収率43.2％），有効回答数は355名（有効回答率96.2％）であった． 患者へのインフォームドコンセントには85.4％の看護師がかかわっており，家族へのインフォームドコンセントには88.2％の看護師がかかわっていた．患者および家族へのインフォームドコンセントにかかわっていない看護師は，かかわっていないことについて，85％以上があまり満足していない，または全く満足していなかった．一方，患者および家族のインフォームドコンセントにかかわっている看護師は，そのかかわりについて，とても 満足している者はおらず，60％以上があまり満足していない，または全く満足していなかった．95％以上の看護師が，患者および家族へのインフォームドコンセントにかかわりたい思いを持っていたが，現状にはそのかかわりを妨げるものがあると，79.7％の看護師が感じていた． |

| 内容記述 | In the present study, a questionnaire survey was conducted with the objective of elucidating the current condition of the involvement of nurses in informed consent in the field of critical care. Questionnaires were distributed to a total of 855 nurses working at one of 17 advanced critical care centers certified by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and a total of 369 responses were obtained (response rate, 43.2%), including 355 valid responses (valid response rate, 96.2%). A total of 85.4% of nurses were involved in receiving the informed consent of patients, while 88.2% were involved in the informed consent of families. Among the nurses who were not involved in receiving the informed consent of patients or families, at least 85% were either not very satisfied or not satisfied at all with their lack of involvement. Among nurses who were involved in receiving the informed consent of patients and families, none were very satisfied with their involvement, while at least 60% were either not very satisfied or not satisfied at all. Although more than 95% of nurses wished to be involved in receiving the informed consent of patients and families, 79.7% felt there were obstacles to their involvement in reality. |
