| 内容記述 | Background and purpose: We aimed to clarify the present condition of the nursing wage structure in order to establish a salary system reflective of the specific nature of social trends or nursing jobs. Method: Questionnaire survey. Results: Survey recovery rate was 36.7%, the most common medical institution type surveyed was general hospitals (77.8% of respondents), and the medical corporation was 54.2%. As for the wage structure, "pay system for public servants" and "seniority wage system and wages based on job evaluation" were the most common two systems with 22.2% each, followed by "seniority wage system" and "wages based on job evaluation". Additionally 38.9% of the medical institutions were using employee performance assessment system by reflecting the results of goal management, employee evaluation, and other methods to wages and bonuses, while 47.8% were providing special allowances to Certified Nurse Specialist and Certified Nurse as "allowance". |
