Method: Questionnaire survey. Results: Survey recovery rate was 36.7%, the most common medical institution type surveyed was general hospitals (77.8% of respondents), and the medical corporation was 54.2%.\nAs for the wage structure, \"pay system for public servants\" and \"seniority wage system and wages based on job evaluation\" were the most common two systems with 22.2% each, followed by \"seniority wage system\" and \"wages based on job evaluation\".
