| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to explain the experience of the facilitators in the case review sessions on the basis of Thompson & Thompson Model on ethical issues of perinatal nursing that we convened. The interview data were collected from two nurses who participated the case review sessions as the facilitators and analyzed inductively. The results were like as follows: 1. Experience of Nurse "A", a facilitator of case 1 1) At 1st session, she <gets through unrealistically under too much tension>, <grows understanding about the case with the intervention of the sub-facilitators>,<grows comfortable with understanding of the participants> 2) At 2nd session, she <sees her way clear to, has elbowroom for, and warms to the session>,<increases understanding of the case by a review the case>,<feels more secure in a free atmosphere>, <follows the proceeding of the session> 3) What she has learned from the experience of facilitator: she <learns the facilitator not have to be the eager beaver> 2. Experience of Nurse "B", a facilitator of case 2 1) At 1st session, she <can't get the feedback because of unexpected repercussions of the participants> 2) At 2nd session, she < is frightened and nervous>,< wish to get across her understanding to the participants>,<gives consideration to the sub-facilitators> 3) What she has learned from the experience of facilitator: she < gives much thought to the influence of what one says> In this study, the facilitators understood the subjects of the cases and the characteristics of the participants, and they facilitated the understandings of the cases to the participants, steered relations with the sub-facilitators in a good directions, and ensured the stability of their emotion. The results give suggestions the facilitators in the case review sessions on ethical issues, who work of thinking and emotion, play more complicate part than a mere master of ceremony. |
