The interview data were collected from two nurses who participated the case review sessions as the facilitators and analyzed inductively. The results were like as follows: 1. Experience of Nurse "B", a facilitator of case 2 1) At 1st session, she 2) At 2nd session, she < is frightened and nervous>,< wish to get across her understanding to the participants>, 3) What she has learned from the experience of facilitator: she < gives much thought to the influence of what one says> In this study, the facilitators understood the subjects of the cases and the characteristics of the participants, and they facilitated the understandings of the cases to the participants, steered relations with the sub-facilitators in a good directions, and ensured the stability of their emotion.
