| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，母子健康手帳の分娩の経過項目の特記事項欄に対する助産師の見解と実情を明らかにすることである． 研究参加者は，関東圏内の産科施設に勤務する助産師で，倫理的手続きを経て研究協力の承諾が得られた5名である．質的記述的研究デザインを用い，データ収集は半構造化面接法により行った．データの分析は，面接で得られたデータを逐語録に起こし，分娩の経過を記録するときの助産師の見解と実情が語られている内容を骨子に行った． 分析の結果，助産師として手帳の機能には，医学的な情報の記録と発信，母親自身の成長という側面を重視していることが見出された．しかし，施設側の記載への消極的な風土や分娩状況がスティグマとなってしまう昨今の社会的な風潮との間で，自由裁量で記載を任せられている助産師は，特記事項欄への記載方法や対応に戸惑いや迷いが現れていたことが明らかになった． 手帳の機能を発揮できるような情報を対象者に提供するには，使用する対象者の意識調査と優先すべき機能について検討が必要だと考えた． |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify the views and conditions of midwives regarding the Additional Comments section for the passage entitled Delivery Item in the Maternal and Child Health Handbook. The participants were 5 midwives working in obstetric facilities in the Kanto region who consented to cooperate with the study after receiving an explanation of the ethical considerations. The study used a qualitative and descriptive design, and data were collected in semi-structured interviews. For data analysis, interviews were recorded verbatim, and an outline was made of the midwives' views and conditions. The results of the analysis found that midwives value the role of the Handbook. Such aspects as the recording of medical information, providing medical information for mothers and babies, and for mothers to better understand their delivery after it has occurred are clearly explained. In addition, midwives outlined their confused and hesitating reaction about documenting in writing and chose to report verbally regarding mother and baby records. Midwives have discretionary power and desired to save mothers and babies from the stigma of a poor record in the recent conservative climate. Opinion surveys for users and recommendations regarding prioritization of functions are needed in order to provide information that fulfills the function of the Handbook for its users. |
