| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，認知機能障害を抱えた脳腫瘍患者の家族の思いを明らかにすることである．認知機能障害を抱えた脳腫瘍患者の妻，娘3名にインタビューを行った．その結果1. 家族による脳腫瘍の受容過程，2. 脳腫瘍による認知機能障害の症状と家族の揺らぎ，3. 家族自身の生活の継続と介護への思いが明らかになった．考察では，家族の脳腫瘍に対する理解，認知機能障害による内的喪失感，家族が本人の代わりに決断する責任と罪悪感を抱いていること，家族自身の生活と望ましい介護に折り合いをつける上での揺らぎが推測された． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to make clear families' feelings of brain cancer patients with cognitive dysfunction by higher brain function. I interviewed a wife and two daughters of a brain cancer patient with cognitive dysfunction. As a result, 1. Process of accepting brain cancer by the patient's family, 2. Symptoms of cognitive dysfunction caused by brain cancer and the patient's family's confusion, 3. Sustaining livelihood of the patient's family and perception of care were revealed. In observance, accepting brain cancer by the patient’s family, internal loss caused by cognitive dysfunction, the patient family having a sense of responsibility and guilt for making a decision on behalf of the patient and they have confusion between their own lives to be continued, while they did their best to care the patient. |
