| 内容記述 | 本研究では，精神科病院における長期入院患者の高齢化の問題を看護の視点から考察するために，精神科高齢者病棟で働く看護師にインタビューを行い，語られている場面とその時の看護師の思いに焦点をあてて分析を行った． その結果，退院するあてもなく，サポートになる家族もいない患者ばかりが入院している病棟で，看護師は患者の境遇を最後の日まで共に耐え忍ぶしかすべがない状況にあること，日常生活の援助を通して患者とかかわる中で，患者との同一化を通して，深刻な傷つきを体験していることが明らかになった． その中で看護師は，患者と共に生き延びていくために，患者をかわいいと思ったり，患者像を膨らませたりするといった感情労働をしながら関わっていることがわかった． |

| 内容記述 | In this research, I conducted interviews with nurses working in geriatric wards of psychiatric hospitals to consider problems of aging patients who are staying for a long time in a psychiatric hospital from the viewpoint of nursing care, and performed an analysis focusing on the scenes they talk about and their thought at the time. The result showed that nurses working in geriatric wards of psychiatric hospitals had been deeply hurt through identification with patients while supporting their daily lives. It was revealed that nurses are providing emotional labour such as trying to adore patients and to improve patients image through the process so that they can live with the patients. |
