| 内容記述 | 本研究では，大学院修士課程を修了した看護師経験のある新人助産師の臨床での体験を明らかにすることを目的とし，2010年3月に大学院助産課程を修了し，2010年4月から関東圏内の周産期関連病院・診療所に就職した看護師経験がある新人助産師5名に半構成的面接を実施し，分析したものである。 【看護師と助産師のケア方法の違いへの戸惑い】【看護師経験の助産ケアへの影響】【大学院卒に対する周囲の反応の受け止め】【大学院での実習で得た自分たちの強み】【研究に対する自信】の5つのカテゴリーから構成されていた．これらのカテゴリーは，助産師として働く上で看護師経験が影響を及ぼしている体験，大学院助産課程修了者に寄せる周囲の期待に対する自分たちの体験，大学院助産課程を修了したことに対する体験から導き出されていた．これらの体験を踏まえて，大学院助産課程修了の新人助産師に適した現任教育や，キャリア発達・開発が行われることが望まれる。 |

| 内容記述 | In this study, semi-structured interviews were conducted, and then analyzed, on five new midwives with nursing experience who completed graduate programs in midwifery in March 2010 and secured employment in perinatal-related hospitals and clinics in the Kanto region in April 2010, for the purpose of elucidating the clinical experiences of new midwives with nursing experience who have completed graduate courses in midwifery. It consisted of the following five categories:"Disorientation about the Differences in Care Methods for Nurses and Midwives", "The Influence of Nursing Experience on Midwife Care", "Taking the Reactions of Others toward those who Completed Graduate School", "Strengths We Gained from Practical Experience in Graduate School" and "Confidence toward Rsearch". These categories were elicited from experiences influenced by nursing experience while working as a midwife, their experiences from the expectations people around them had toward people who completed graduate programs, and their experiences as those who completed graduate programs in midwifery. Taking these experiences into account, the implementation of in-service education as well as career growth and development suited to new midwives who have completed graduate programs is advisable. |
