| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research was to evaluate comprehensive clinical training by graduates from the perspective of nursing practice after graduation. The participants were 10 graduates who graduated between 2000 and 2004. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews and analyzed by content analysis. The results indicated that the nursing study of comprehensive clinical training actually provided the student with a feeling of self-growth for most graduates, and learning by practical experience had been helpful. Confidence was improved regarding work as a nurse, and future career direction was more closely considered, due to the close proximity of the experience to the time of finding employment. Conversely, practical experience in areas differing from present career were related to the breadth and richness of the experience in nursing employment and clinical training does not ecessarily need to be directly linked to future career path. Many opportunities were provided in the present nursing training activity to clarify to graduates the importance of understanding issues from various perspectives of being open and honest with patients. Graduates were given many opportunities to become aware of these issues in the present nursing-care activity. Graduates considered the experience of clinical training as a fundamental point of origin for their nursing philosophy. |
