| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，看護師の語りからデスカンファレンスが看護師にどのような体験をもたらすかを明らかにすることである．関東圏内の地域がん診療連携拠点病院に勤務し，受け持ち看護師として看取った事例をデスカンファレンスで語った経験のある看護師3名にインタビューを行った．その結果，デスカンファレンスで辛さを表出することが出来なかった看護師にとってデスカンファレンスは不全感の残るものとなっていた．一方で，自己の辛さを表出できた看護師は自らの看護の再構築を行う成長の場となっていた．今後，看護師の成長の場となるために，デスカンファレンスの方法を検討することの重要性が示唆された． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the kind of experiences nurses have in death conferences based on their narratives. Interviews were conducted on three nurses who were employed at designated regional cancer treatment centers in the Kanto area, and had experience discussing cases where they were present as the primary nurse at a death conference. As a result, for nurses unable to express the distress of death conferences, death conferences became something which left feelings of discomfort. On the other hand, for nurses who were able to express their distress, death conferences served as place of growth where they restructured their own nursing. This suggests the importance of considering methods of holding death conferences in the future so that they serve as places of growth for nurses. | |||||||
