The materials were investigated in terms of name, chronological age, number and a state of preservation. Those data are clustered and classified according to chronological age. Some materials which are damaged are given treatments for preservation.\nAs a result, the materials are listed and categorized as follows; (1) text and material relating education, (2) list of student, student’s grade and school record, (3) diagrams (kake-zu), (4) picture, and (5) audio and movie record. Some materials are in poor state of preservation, and needed to restoration.
