At the same time, they questioned about families' decision, but not talked with families about their decision making process and feelings. 2) While they realized it is\nbetter to tell the truth, nurses tried to face with adolescents and their families. As the result, nurses\nfelt a burden and reluctance. 3) Nurses tried to make themselves agreeable to considering what was the best choice and not recommending the truth telling.\nConclusions\nThe findings suggest two things as follows. 1) Nurses need to discuss with parents about their decision making process and their intension of not telling the truth.
