Also, qualitative and descriptive analyses were performed regarding the impact on learning of the \"staged extended learning-PDCA cycle extension\" which corresponds to Stage III of the Japanese Purpose-focused Public Health Nursing (JPPHN)Model (enhancing individual, family, group and community health by promoting it within the social environment). As a result, it was demonstrated that, through this series of their experiences, the students are proactively learning the need for actions; \"obtaining necessary knowledge and information\" in Stage I (establishment of a support base); \"utilizing groups of people\" in Stage II (enhancement of health by directly promoting to individuals and families); \"linking resources to enhance individual and family health\" in Stage III (enhancement of health in individuals, families, groups and communities by promoting it within the social environment).
